Insight Communications To Announce Second Quarter 2002 Results And Host Conference Call

New York – June 15, 2002 –

Insight Communications, Inc (Nasdaq: ICCI) will announce its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2002 on July 23, 2002 after the close of business. Management will then host a conference call on July 24, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. EDT to discuss these results. The conference call will be simultaneously webcast over the Internet as well.

"We are very excited about our business results and trends," said Michael S. Willner, Insight's president and CEO. "The capital investment we've made into our plant and technology, which is now largely behind us, is delivering above and beyond the returns we expected. We look forward to speaking with the investor community on the 24th to provide more details on the successes of the quarter."

Insight expects that revenue for the quarter will be $200 million, representing a 10% increase over the same period last year, and operating cash flow will be $89 million, a 15% increase over the same period last year. Insight also reiterated its previously announced guidance for the full year.
