Insight Communications Announces new District Vice President in Northeast Indiana

ANDERSON, Ind. – December 06, 2004

Insight Communications (NASDAQ: ICCI) has appointed Tom Shevlot to the position of district vice president in its Northeast Indiana district, effective immediately. Scott Cooley, Insight’s senior vice president, operations, made the announcement.

Shevlot will oversee Insight’s operations in the Northeast Indiana district, which encompasses the communities of Anderson, Connersville, Fishers, Greenfield, Hartford City, Lebanon, New Castle, Noblesville, Richmond and their surrounding areas. Insight’s Northeast Indiana district serves approximately 118,000 customers.

Shevlot is an Indiana native and joins Insight from BellSouth/Cingular Wireless, where he most recently held a variety of management and leadership positions in Indiana. He previously served with BellSouth/Cingular Wireless as director of sales and operations in East Tennessee, general manager of North Carolina’s wireless division and market manager in Southern Indiana.

Shevlot began his career with Texscan Corporation, a manufacturer of cable television distribution equipment and RF testing meters. He received a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University, Upland Indiana and a master’s in business administration from Kennedy Western University.
