Insight Communications Announces New District View President in Northern Kentucky

FLORENCE, Ky. – June 17, 2004 –

Insight Communications (NASDAQ: ICCI) has appointed Rene’ Wukich to the position of district vice president in its Northern Kentucky system, effective June 21. John W. “Woody” Hutton, Insight’s senior vice president, operations, made the announcement. In this capacity, Wukich will oversee operations in the Northern Kentucky area, serving approximately 83,000 customers.

Wukich comes to Insight from her position as owner and general manager of Activate Solutions, Inc., a national consulting, direct sales and field collections company in the high-tech and cable television industries. Activate Solutions, Inc. is based in Pensacola, Fla. Wukich also has significant experience in the telecommunications field. She has managed cable and high speed Internet operations in the United States, Great Britain and South America.
