Cannot Receive Calls

 
1. Check all phones to be sure that the ringers have not been turned off and to see which phones are affected.

2. If all phones are affected, check those outlets to make sure they haven’t lost their connection.

3. If phones are still not working, contact your local office. Please note if you are able to receive local calls, long distance calls or no calls at all.
