1. Check all phones to see which phones are affected.
2. If all phones are affected, check those outlets to be sure they haven’t lost their connection.
3. If you hear a dial tone but are having problems after dialing a number, verify that the seven-digit number you have entered is correct and that you entered an area code, if needed.
4. If you still cannot make a call, contact your local office. Please note if the problem is with local calls, long distance calls or all types of calls.
