If my payment is late, will service be disconnected?

 
Your payment is due on the date indicated on your statement. If you have not paid by the statement due date, your account will be considered overdue, and we may begin collection procedures. Your account may be subject to a late fee, collection-processing fee and termination if payment is not made. If there is a pending disconnection due to a non-payment, you will be notified in writing of the amount due, the date by which it must be paid, the location at which the payment can be made, or a phone number to call for the nearest payment location. If we do not receive your payment by this date, your service will be terminated, and your cable equipment must be returned to Insight.
