Firefox gives you the ability to disable or remove any add-ons that have been previously downloaded to the browser. Should you wish to disable or remove an add-on for any reason, follow the two steps below:

 

1. In the menu bar, click on Tools and then Add-ons

 

 

 

2. A listing of all add-ons will display. You have the choice of disabling the add-on or completely uninstalling it from your PC by clicking on the appropriate option.
