ESPN360 is a signature broadband service from ESPN that is free to Insight Broadband customers. You can watch live events, exclusive content, extended analysis and go behind-the-scenes to get more of what you love.

Does ESPN360 cost anything?
No. ESPN360 is offered free of charge to you as an added value to your service with us.
Who can access ESPN360?
Only valid Insight Broadband customers in good account standing with us can access ESPN360.
How do I access ESPN360?
ESPN360 is accessible in two ways. Go to InsightBB.com and click on the "ESPN360" link in the left-hand navigation or you can click on the ESPN360 logo at the top of the Sports page.
Can I call ESPN360 directly for issues or questions related to the ESPN360 video player and/or programming?
Yes. you may contact ESPN360 directly for such issues and can do so by calling (888) 549-ESPN (toll-free).
Can the video size be changed?
Yes, video can be viewed in three different sizes: Standard, double or full size. To change video size, select the preferred size in the bottom left hand corner of the video display area of the player. Video can also be viewed in a smaller form in the compact version.
What if I am trying to watch a live event but the video does not show?
If you can’t see any video, you should be prompted with a Windows Media Player error regarding your proxy settings or Internet connection. You may need to adjust your proxy settings in Windows Media Player and/or Internet Explorer (especially if they are behind a firewall), in order to view live events through ESPN360 access.
Some of the buttons and videos seem cut off!
This could be caused by the your computer screen’s resolution. The recommended screen resolution is 1024x768 with 32-bit color.
Some videos are not clear!
Some computers cannot display video unless they are in 32-bit color mode. To see if you are using this mode, right-click on their desktop and choose 'Properties'. Then click the 'Settings' tab. There should be a box near the lower-right which says 'Color Quality'. From the drop down menu, make sure 32-bit (true color) is selected.

What if I’m using a Mac and can't see live events?
ESPN360 live events are streamed in Windows Media Player. Live events are not accessible on Macs or computers without the latest version of Windows Media Player.
