We recommend that you conduct periodic backups of all the important information on your computer. In addition to backing up personal files and e-mails, you should also save a copy of your Internet Explorer favorite Web links.

1. Open the Internet Explorer Web browser.

2. Click File, and then click Import and Export.

 

 

3. Click Export Favorites in the Import/Export Wizard.

 

 

4. Choose the main Favorites folder, and click on Next. This will save all of your bookmark favorites at once.

 

 

5. Make sure Export to File is picked, and click Browse.

6. In the Select Bookmark File, use the scroll down box and chose the (C:) option. Use the default name of bookmark.htm.

7. Click each of the following in sequence: Save, Next, and then Finish.
