Changing Your Insight Broadband E-mail Password

 
Insight Broadband gives you different ways to manage your e-mail account(s). You may use Member Services area to create, edit, and delete e-mail addresses and passwords.

 

For extra security, it is recommended that you periodically update your account passwords.  In order to update your account password(s), follow the steps below:

 

1. Click the Member Services link at the top of InsightBB.com.

 

2. Links displayed allow you to see the modifications you can make to your account. The screen below illustrates what you will see:

 

 

3. Click the E-mail Password link (shown above in the red box).

 

4. You will be asked to enter your username and password. Enter your username, as well as your current password. Click the Login button.

 

5. Type in a new password that you wish to use. Retype the new password into the second box, then click the Submit button.

 

Your password changes will take effect immediately. Please make sure to change your password in your Outlook Express e-mail accounts as well to reflect the new changes.
